This CCPA Notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). Vitalis Intimate Health adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Note: Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA is excluded from CCPA requirements. Medical information collected during the clinical consultation process is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

We use personal information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:

- Processing orders and transactions
- Communicating with you about your account or inquiries
- Marketing and advertising (with consent)

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
Vitalis Intimate Health does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Response Timing
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing (up to an additional 45 days).
